Karen Tang, Director of School-Age Programs

I began working at Carlisle Kids' House in 2004 and have enjoyed getting to know the children and families in Carlisle. Perhaps the most rewarding part of my position is helping children and families meander through the everyday challenges of childhood. It is incredibly rewarding to see children develop socially, emotionally and academically in part due to experiences they have at Carlisle Kids' House.

Before coming to Carlisle Kids' House, I was a Middle School English and Math Teacher in Lawrence, MA. I hold my BS in Middle School Education, and Developmental Psychology, and Advanced Provisional Standing in Elementary Education from Fitchburg State College.

My husband and I reside in my hometown of Chelmsford MA with our two daughters. Some of our favorite things to do include: spending time with friends, camping, playing soccer, cooking, working with the Open Pantry of Lowell and the American Cancer Society.

Debi Vigilant, Director of Preschool Programs

Debi Vigilant has her Masters in Human Development and Early Childhood Education and her Director II certification from EEC. She has worked in the field of childcare and education in one capacity or another for thirty years in MA, MD, DE, and NJ. Debi is the Director and works as a lead teacher in the classroom. Debi has two young adult children and loves to travel and visit with her family.

I began working at Carlisle Kids' House in 1989, and have enjoyed being a part of the vast transformations of Carlisle Kids' House over the past 20 years! I am married and have two grown sons and three grandchildren. My husband and I reside in Westford. Some of my interests include motorcycling, vacationing in Maine, crafts and spending time with my grandchildren.

Maureen Rayne

Maureen Rayne has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and her lead preschool EEC certification. Maureen has been working with preschool children for ten years and works as our full time lead teacher. Being the youngest of seven and the only girl in her family she has the innate patience required to keep a busy, fun classroom of preschoolers running smoothly.

Jocelyn Proia

I began working at Carlisle Kids' House in 1999. I attended Merrimack College majoring in Special Education/Early Childhood Education. My prior experience with children was in a pre-school day care. My husband and I reside in Chelmsford with my family. Outside of CKH, I enjoy doing crafts and cooking with my children.

Robin Larkham

Robin Larkham has worked with young children in one capacity or another for years and has her EEC preschool lead teacher certification as well as her Medical Assistant Certificate. She is the mother of four children and has two beautiful grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with. She finds time to workout at the gym and drives her classic Mustang, two of her favorite pastimes.

Maureen Picarriello

I have been working at Carlisle Kids’ House since 2005, and have truly loved getting to know the children and families of Carlisle. Along with working at CKH, I am also a teaching assistant in Wilmington. I am married and the mom of a teenage son and daughter. My family and I reside in Tewksbury. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education at Salem State. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and doing arts and crafts.
